Prices are indicative at quotation stage, and any order will be subject to stock availability / confirmation when client is ready to place an order.
Damage, shortages or incorrect goods must be reported within 7 days, Payment is due strictly within 14 days from the date of invoice
Hours 09:00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and will exclude public holidays and weekends. Other times by prior arrangement only
Requests for support should be made to the specific Parker Networks Ltd support telephone number.
Responses to requests for support can be made initially by telephone or electronic correspondence, and if necessary followed up by either online remote support or a visit to the client’s premises as considered appropriate by THD.
Charges. All charges for labour will be at the agreed rate for the then current period of service. Charges and calculations for work undertaken are made in 30 minute blocks on contract or 60 minute blocks on adhock business.
Quotations for replacement equipment or software shall be produced as and when the need arises, the cost to be borne by the client.
The fees and rates are reviewed every 12 months.
Returns PNL are not resellers and therefore purchase all equipment on behalf of customer, therefore non-defective items may, at PNL's sole discretion, be accepted for return. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RE-STOCKING FEE. Please call us on 01394 276246 if you have questions about which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.
Trial Period During the first 3 months of the first year of service covered by this agreement, the client shall have the right to terminate the agreement (without penalty) at the end of that 3 month period. The client will still be liable to Parker Networks Ltd for all sums paid, due, or due to be paid to Parker Networks Ltd throughout that first 3 months of service, but shall have the right to terminate this agreement thereafter.Termination Subject to prior termination under the provisions of the Trial Period, contract agreements shall remain in force for the period shown in the schedule, and may then be terminated by either party giving at least 3 months written notice to expire at the end of the period shown in the schedule. If no such notice is given, then the agreement shall continue in force thereafter until terminated by either party giving 3 months written notice of termination to expire at the end of the then current annual period of service.
Liability The client is responsible for maintaining the security of its data, and for ensuring that its data is adequately protected and backed up. Parker Networks Ltd will not be liable for the loss of the client’s (or any other person’s) data. Parker Networks Ltd will not in any circumstances be liable for loss of profits or revenues, anticipated savings, contracts, time or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage suffered by the client or any other person. The maximum aggregate liability of THD for any loss or damage caused to the client in connection with this agreement or otherwise will in no circumstances exceed the amount paid by the client to THD under this agreement in that calendar year.
