Our flexible approach provides several levels of support dependent on a client’s needs.

Response times are guaranteed following receipt of your calI and therefore peace of mind that you have swift access to a support company therefore limiting computer downtime and disruption.

As required we will provide online remote control or telephone support, and if necessary schedule a visit.

Our Gold Level Support package, will give you: a full network survey; regular maintenance visits; a response to your support requests within 24 hours and discounted labour rates.

The contract would commence with us carrying out the network survey so that we better understand your systems and needs, following which we would supply to you a fully documented report and recommendations based on our findings: any recommendations could be implemented either at the time, or left for future consideration. This audit work would, of course, be included free of charge along with the inclusive x number of hours of support in the first 3 months of the contract.
